Hi, I’m Suzanne Calcutt, the founder of Care Companion Inc. and a devoted Nurse Aide with a lifelong passion for helping others. My journey into caregiving began from a place of genuine love and purpose—I’ve always believed that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued, especially during the most vulnerable times of their lives.
After working closely with seniors for many years, I witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find care that is both reliable and truly compassionate. I knew there had to be a better way, so I created Care Companion Inc. with a mission to deliver professional, heart-centered support that goes beyond tasks. We don’t just check boxes—we build trust, form connections, and bring peace of mind into every home we serve.
For me, this work is deeply personal. I’ve helped clients reconnect with family, regain their confidence, and find joy in daily life again. I’ve sat beside them through challenges, cheered them on through progress, and treated every person like I would my own family.
